Odwoływanie zajęć przez ucznia
Jeśli uczeń chce odwołać zajęcia, informacje należy przekazać nauczycielowi najpóźniej do godziny 11:00 dnia poprzedniego. W przypadku późniejszego odwołania uczeń jest zobowiązany do opłaty 50% kosztu lekcji (zasada obowiązuje również w przypadku wykupionych pakietów).
Odwoływanie zajęć przez nauczyciela
Jeśli lekcja zostanie odwołana przez nauczyciela, zostanie ona odrobiona w najbliższym możliwym terminie dogodnym dla obu stron.
Pakiety zajęć
Pakiet 5 zajęć należy wykorzystać w ciągu maksymalnie dwóch miesięcy od daty zakupu.
Punktualność
Na zajęcia należy przychodzić punktualnie – nie później i nie wcześniej (może jeszcze trwać poprzednia lekcja). Wyjątki są możliwe po wcześniejszym ustaleniu przedziału czasowego na przyjście (np. ze względu na dojazd spoza Warszawy).
Spóźnienia
Jeśli uczeń się spóźni, nauczyciel ma prawo do zakończenia lekcji o pierwotnie ustalonej godzinie.
Na przykład: jeśli lekcja zaplanowana jest od 14:00 do 15:00, a uczeń przyjdzie o 14:20 – lekcja i tak zakończy się o 15:00. Wynika to z kolejnych zaplanowanych lekcji oraz innych zobowiązań nauczyciela.

Cancellation by the Student
If a student wishes to cancel a lesson, notice must be given no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day before the scheduled class. Cancellations made later will incur a 50% lesson fee, even in the case of prepaid packages.
Cancellation by the Teacher
If the lesson is canceled by the teacher, it will be rescheduled at the earliest possible time convenient for both the student and the teacher.
Lesson Packages
A 5-lesson package must be used within two months from the date of purchase.
Punctuality
Students are expected to arrive on time – neither later nor earlier than the scheduled start time - a previous lesson may still be in progress. Exceptions can be made if an arrival window is arranged in advance (e.g., due to travel from outside Warsaw).
Late Arrival
If a student is late, the teacher reserves the right to end the lesson at the originally scheduled time.
For example: if the lesson is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and the student arrives at 2:20 p.m., the lesson will still end at 3:00 p.m. This is due to the teacher’s subsequent lessons and other obligations.
